We work hard to get our products to you in the fastest, least expensive way possible and we’re always negotiating to get you the very best deal.
We charge you exactly what we pay to get your order to your destination, worldwide. We don’t mark up our shipping fees to make extra cash, nor do we mark up our products to cover shipping costs. We don’t charge handling fees either.

When you’ve finished shopping, enter your country, state/region/county, and postal code into the calculator. Your destination’s shipping options will appear along with their costs. Choose the method that you prefer. The amount may adjust a little in the checkout when you provide your full address.
Although our online shipping calculator is almost always correct, we always double check to see if there is a way that we can re-pack your order to save you some dough. If we can, we’ll automatically credit the difference to your charge card.

How Long Does it Take?
We ship most orders within two business days of receipt. UPS ground can deliver virtually anywhere in the contiguous United States within five business days. UPS Worldwide can deliver orders to Canada within 1-3 days, Europe within 3-5 days and Australia within 3-4 days. USPS deliveries depend on the service you select. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Note: We cannot ship UPS packages to post office boxes.
Taxes and Duties
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.
If you live in another state or country, you are responsible for paying any sales or value added taxes, customs duties, import taxes or other fees levied on your purchase. Because these fees are owed to your government, we cannot collect them on your behalf. We also cannot advise you on what they may be.
Note: Please research these matters before you make your purchase so that you are aware of any fees that may become due when your package arrives.
All services except First Class USPS can be tracked. We will send you an email message with order tracking information when your products are shipped. If you create an account on our site, you can also review this information on your account page.
We ship our products in plain packages or shipping company packaging. We list our return address as eScents Of, which is the name of our parent company.
